Who you are dealing with
Shoots are carried out by ИП Сатубаева Анар, a sole trader registered in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. "I" in this text means her.

Enquiry and booking
An enquiry on the site requests a date; it is not a confirmed booking. A booking exists after written confirmation and a deposit.
Shoots are charged by the hour. The deposit is 30% of the estimated cost and is what holds the date. The balance is paid on the day of the shoot.
The payment method is confirmed when booking.
Rescheduling and cancellation
A date can be moved once without losing the deposit, given at least seven days' notice.
Cancelling more than fourteen days before the shoot refunds the deposit in full. Later than that the deposit is not refunded — by then the date has been closed to other clients.
If the shoot does not happen through my fault, or because of weather on an outdoor shoot, we agree a new date or I refund the deposit in full.
Selection and retouching
Twenty frames are retouched; forty for a wedding or a large event. The exact number is stated in the terms of each shoot.
The selection is recorded in the gallery: the submitted list, with its date and time, is visible to both sides and is what goes to retouching.
Frames beyond those included are agreed separately — the gallery will not let you submit more than the shoot includes without arranging it with me.
Turnaround and delivery
Finished work is delivered in batches through the private gallery. The state of each batch is visible in the client area.
Turnaround: portrait, brand and content shoots within fourteen days of the selection; weddings and large events within thirty. The clock starts when you submit your selection.
Rights in the photographs
Copyright in the photographs remains with the author. You receive the right to use the delivered files for personal purposes unless the shoot terms say otherwise. Commercial use by a brand is agreed separately.
Re-editing delivered files with third-party filters while keeping the credit is agreed in advance.
